The Original S2 Paste

Salted Egg is a famous traditional Chinese dish and very popular in Malaysia. A dish that would satisfy even the most discerning salted egg fan. Juicy chicken fried to golden perfection and coated with a velvety cream of golden salted egg cream and really goes well with white rice.

Kam Heong is a very delicious and popular dish served in many Chinese restaurants or eating shops throughout Malaysia. Apart from preparing Kam Heong dish with crab, it also can be cooked with chicken. It's a very easy dish to cook, yet so tasty and fragrant as it uses curry leaves, and goes really well with white rice.

Nasi Ayam is a dish adapted from early Chinese immigrants originally from Hainan province in southern China. It is considered one of the popular dishes in Southeast Asia, especially in Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. Its a combination of garlic chicken stock rice, together with roasted or steamed chicken with soy and chilli sauce; and a hot chicken soup.
